Fill Slope by Height Component
This component varies the slope based on height of fill. Three heights are entered defining 4 possible slopes

| bApplyInCut | If set to 1 the a cut slope (FinalCutSlp) will be applied when the connection point is below topo. | |
| FinalCutSlp | Cut slope. Only used if bApplyInCut is set. | |
| FillHeight1 | Lowest fill height. | |
| Fillheight2 | Middle fill height. Should be greater or equal to FillHeight1 | |
| FillHeight3 | Highest fill height. Should be greater or equal to FillHeight2 | |
| FinalFillSlp1 | Fill slope when height is less than FillHeight1. | |
| FinalFillSlp2 | Fill slope when height is greater than FillHeight1 and less than FillHeight2. | |
| FinalFillSlp3 | Fill slope when height is greater than FillHeight2 and less than FillHeight3. | |
| FinalFillSlp14 | Fill slope when height is greater than FillHeight3. |
